Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Grundy, VA is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join a team that values your clinical voice and offers flexible scheduling alongside mentorship and support.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans of care in coordination with other disciplines, document progress, and educate patients and families on home programs to prevent injuries and promote recovery.

Qualifications

• DPT degree is required.
• Current, unencumbered state PT license; NPTE must be passed.
• 1 year of PT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
