Continuum Therapy Partners in Clintwood, VA is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team. The role emphasizes patient-focused care, collaboration with other disciplines, and outcomes-driven practice.

Requirements include a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), active state license, NPTE, and 1 year of experience preferred. You will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized plans of care and educate patients and families on home exercise programs.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:
