Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist for PRN coverage at RenVilla Health Center in Renville, MN. A DPT is required and you must hold an unencumbered state license; NPTE must be passed.

Ideally you have 1 year of experience and are eager to collaborate across disciplines to provide personalized therapy. In this role you will evaluate and adjust treatment plans, educate patients and families, and document progress.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities
