Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team at Canterbury Place in Pittsburgh, PA, delivering care to maintain continuity with our full-time therapists.

You will evaluate, treat, and educate patients, choosing scheduling that fits your availability while upholding clinical standards and patient-centered care. The role emphasizes weekend consistency and collaboration with a leadership team of experienced therapists.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Active, unencumbered PT license in the applicable state and NPTE must be passed.
• 1 year of PT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
