Job summary

Red Cliffs Post Acute is seeking a Physical Therapist for PRN weekend coverage to support our residents with skilled PT services.

You will join an interdisciplinary team, perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress. Prior post-acute or SNF experience is a plus; Casamba and Point Click Care proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO.
• Experience in post-acute or a skilled nursing facility a plus.
• Proficient in Casamba and Point Click Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services to residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress in Casamba/Point Click Care and maintain accurate records.

Successful Candidate:

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO
• Experience in in post-acute or a skilled nursing facility a plus!
• Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.

Rate Range $50-$56/hour
