Westwood Post Acute is hiring a Physical Therapist for PRN coverage in Colorado. You will assess residents and provide personalized PT services to support recovery and independence.

Requirements include current CO license and a background in post-acute or skilled nursing settings is preferred. Competitive pay ($50-$54/hour) and benefits are offered for full-time staff, with opportunities for ongoing training.

Successful candidate:

• Current, unencumbered, license to practice as a Physical Therapist in CO
• Experience in a post acute or skilled nursing facility preferred, but not required

Rate: $50-$54/hour
