Job summary

Red Cliffs Post Acute is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a dedicated interdisciplinary team. You will provide therapy services to residents and collaborate with staff to enhance outcomes. The role requires an active PT license in CO and proficiency with Casamba and Point Click Care.

Successful Candidate:

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO
• Experience in in post-acute or a skilled nursing facility a plus!
• Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.

Rate Range $50-$56/hour
