Job summary

Red Cliffs Post Acute is hiring a Physical Therapist on a PRN weekend schedule in Grand Junction, CO. You will provide physical therapy services as part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to resident care.

Requirements include a current CO PT license; post-acute or skilled nursing experience is a plus, with proficiency in Casamba and Point Click Care. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this role.

Successful Candidate:

Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO

Experience in in post-acute or a skilled nursing facility a plus!

Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.

Rate Range $50-$56/hour
