Red Cliffs Post Acute is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide compassionate, patient-centered care on a PRN weekend schedule. You will collaborate with an inter-disciplinary team to deliver therapy services to residents, supporting recovery and mobility goals.

The role emphasizes growth opportunities, a collaborative environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents' daily lives while leveraging Casamba and Point Click Care for documentation.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO.
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facilities is a plus.
• Proficient with Casamba and Point Click Care software.

Successful Candidate:

Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO

Experience in in post-acute or a skilled nursing facility a plus!

Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Casamba and Point Click Care.

Rate Range $50-$56/hour
