Red Cliffs Post Acute in Grand Junction, CO is hiring an Occupational Therapist for PRN weekend coverage. You will join a dedicated inter-disciplinary team delivering patient-centered OT services to our residents.

The successful candidate holds an active CO OT license, with post-acute or skilled nursing facility experience preferred. Compensation ranges from $50 to $56 per hour, with opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active CO OT license required.
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services to residents as part of an inter-disciplinary team.
• Complete assessments and develop OT treatment plans for residents.
• Support resident-centered goals and coordinate care with other clinicians.

Successful Candidate:

Current, unencumbered Occupational Therapist license in CO

Experience in in post-acute or a skilled nursing facility a plus!

Rate Range $50-$56/hour
