Job summary

Red Cliffs Post Acute in Grand Junction, CO seeks a Physical Therapist for PRN weekend coverage to support our resident-centered care team. You will deliver skilled PT services and contribute to comprehensive care plans.

Licensed PTs in CO with SNF/post-acute experience are encouraged to apply. Proficiency with Casamba and Point Click Care is preferred, and we offer competitive pay and benefits with a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO.
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus.
• Proficient with Casamba and Point Click Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to residents as part of an inter-disciplinary team.
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to adjust care plans.
