Job summary

Red Cliffs Post Acute in Colorado is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. You will provide physical therapy services to residents, delivering patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting.

The role offers weekend coverage with a pay rate of $50–$56 per hour, with benefits for full-time staff, and opportunities for professional growth. Proficiency with Casamba and Point Click Care is desired.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered CO Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus.
• Proficient with Casamba and Point Click Care data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents as part of an inter-disciplinary team.
• Collaborate with other professionals to support resident-focused care.
• Maintain and document patient progress and treatment plans.
