Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System seeks a Home Health Physical Therapist to join our patient-centered care team serving the McCall area. You will collaborate with a care team of RNs, LPNs, PTAs, OTs, and other specialists to support patients in their homes and help them regain independence.

This part-time role (Mon-Fri) offers mileage reimbursement within the McCall/Riggins area, a competitive salary, and a robust benefits package to support your professional and personal well-being.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited program.
• 2 years relevant experience
• Valid license to practice physical, occupational or speech therapy in state of practice.
• Current BLS certification through recognized organizations.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Home Health experience preferred.

What You Can Expect:

• Work with a care team consisting of RN's, LPN's, Physical Therapy Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Registered Dieticians, Speech Language Pathologists, and Home Health Aide.
• Part-time Days (Mon-Fri)
• Manageable caseloads (Daily visit requirements below state and national average)
• Paid for drive time
• Mileage reimbursement (Geographical Area: Mcall/Riggins)

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree from an accredited program.
• Experience: 2 years relevant experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid license to practice physical, occupational or speech therapy in state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Home Health experience
