Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System in Idaho is seeking qualified candidates for full-time and part-time roles supporting in-home patient care. The schedule includes day, swing, and night shifts with a 3 on 4 off, 4 on 3 off rotation and 12-hour shifts.

You will work with virtual nursing, social workers, tele-health staff, ED staff, and in-home teams, driving a St. Luke’s vehicle to complete scheduled at-home visits and performing hands-on patient assessments in coordination with the Customer Virtual Care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years relevant experience.
• EMT-P State of Practice certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid driver's license.
