Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in New London, Ohio, is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join our Bayside Health & Rehab team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care with individualized treatment plans.

Requirements include a Doctor of Physical Therapy, current Ohio license, NPTE completion, and a preference for 1 year of PT experience. The position offers 20-24 hours per week with daytime shifts.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
