Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a licensed Physical Therapist in Menominee, MI to deliver patient-centered care with an emphasis on outcomes and collaboration. A DPT is required, along with an active state license and NPTE completion; 1 year of experience is preferred to support clinical decision making and treatment planning.
