100% FTE, Monday-Friday variable hours, you will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.

Additional components of compensation may include: Evening, night, and weekend shift differential. Overtime. On-call pay.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation). Required
• Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs. Required

Licenses & Certifications

• Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure. An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapist must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required
• CPR certification. Required
