Job summary

Ascension Sacred Heart Emerald Coast - Specialty clinic in Destin, FL is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join the Women’s Health Physical Therapy team. You will evaluate patients, develop and adjust plans of care, and deliver PT interventions according to standard practices.

The role includes supervising PT assistants and students, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and supporting Pelvic Floor PT initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
• BLS Provider within 1 month of hire date required.
• Florida PT license prior to hire date required.

How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Perform initial and on-going assessments of patient's condition.
• Establish, revise, and evaluate a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family.
• Perform therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Florida Board of Physical Therapy Practice prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
