Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Pediatric Rehab Services PCB in Panama City Beach, FL. You’ll perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and develop a care plan in collaboration with patients and families.

The role is day shift, full-time, Monday–Friday, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for professional growth within the Ascension Sacred Heart Medical Group.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider required within 1 month of hire date; certification accepted from AHA or ARC.
• Florida Board of Physical Therapy Practice credential required prior to hire.

• Establish, revise, and evaluate a plan of care involving patient/family.
• Perform therapy interventions using standard physical therapy techniques.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Florida Board of Physical Therapy Practice prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
