Confluent Health in Corydon, IN is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a supportive care team. You will apply clinical reasoning, assess movement dysfunction, and develop evidence-based plans of care to meet patients’ goals and lifestyles.

Benefits include a competitive salary of $75,000–$90,000 with a sign-on bonus up to $15K, student loan repayment up to $25K, generous PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, and a 401(k) with a 4% employer match.

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).

About

Compensation: $75,000 to 90,000- Sign on Bonus - Up to 15K & inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
