Confluent Health, LLC is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in a role offering professional growth and sustainability. You will deliver evidence-based care through skilled interventions and use clinical reasoning to tailor plans of care to each patient’s goals and lifestyle.

The position provides mentorship, structured career development, and access to industry-leading continuing education through EIM, with compensation between $85,000 and $100,000+ plus a $5K sign-on and

About

Compensation: $85K - $100K+ up to $5K Sign On Bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
