Job summary

Confluent Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Florida to join our team in North Fort Myers. You will evaluate movement dysfunction, develop evidence-based plans, and deliver interventions to improve function and reduce pain.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care and collaborative care planning within our multidisciplinary environment. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and opportunities for certifications.

Responsibilities

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes from history and exam.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care.
• Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress.
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout recovery.

Job Responsibilities

• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).

Compensation: $85K - $100K + up to $5K Sign On Bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
