Job summary

Confluent Health in Corydon, Kentucky is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to help patients recover movement, reduce pain, and regain function in a supportive, mentorship-rich environment.

You will apply evidence-based plans, deliver interventions, track outcomes, and collaborate with a team dedicated to clinical excellence across orthopedic, post-surgical, and neurological conditions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.

About

Compensation: $75,000 to 95,000- Sign on Bonus - Up to 10K & inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
