TLC Physical Therapy, a member of the Confluent Health family, hires licensed physical therapists to deliver high-quality care in a supportive environment. Join us for mentorship, structured development, and opportunities across clinical, hybrid, and leadership roles.

Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 with a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000, plus additional opportunities for certifications. Benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision, disability, and a 401(k) with 4% employer match.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.
