Job summary

A List Therapy Group is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for home health in Southern California. You will evaluate and treat patients in their homes, develop individualized plans, and coordinate with a care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

What You'll Do

As a home health Physical Therapist, you'll help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, and functional independence in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities include:
