Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes, helping them regain strength and independence. You will assess, treat, and educate patients to improve daily living activities such as mobility, self-care, and participation in their routines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
• Current State License as a Physical Therapist.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Current CPR, negative TB screen and Hepatitis consent/declination.
• Two years’ experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with patients in their home to provide care.
• Help patients regain strength and independence for daily living activities.
• Adhere to clinical standards and best practices in home health physical therapy.
