Compassus is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in their homes throughout the greater Tulsa area. You will design and implement individualized therapy plans, monitor patient progress, and educate families to promote independence and safe daily activity.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required.
• Current State License as a Physical Therapist.
• Valid Driver’s License and CPR/TB/Hepatitis documentation.
• Minimum two years’ experience in acute care or rehabilitation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of durable medical equipment.
