Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to work one-on-one with patients in their homes across Indiana. This role focuses on helping patients regain strength, independence, and safely perform daily living activities.

Candidates need BS in PT, state license, valid driver’s license, CPR and health screenings, and at least two years of PT experience in acute care or rehab settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (BSPT) required.
• Current State License as a Physical Therapist.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• CPR certification, TB screen, and Hepatitis consent/declination required.
• Two years’ experience as a PT in acute care or rehabilitation setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home physical therapy to patients.
• Help patients regain strength and independence for daily living activities.
• Engage with patients in their home to maximize safety and function.
