Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional care and rehabilitation services, helping patients regain mobility and improve quality of life. The role emphasizes personalized therapy programs and collaborative care.

You will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based treatments while maintaining thorough documentation and staying current with clinical advances.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification and state-required certifications.
• Experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals for coordinated care.
• Stay updated on PT techniques and best practices and apply as appropriate.
