Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our network of clinics. You will assess patients, develop individualized rehabilitation plans, and guide them toward improved mobility, reduced pain, and enhanced quality of life.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and state regulatory requirements.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and apply various therapeutic techniques.
• Administer exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to improve mobility.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Stay updated on PT advancements and integrate best practices.
