Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services, assess patients, and create personalized plans to restore mobility and reduce pain. You will join a supportive, multidisciplinary team and contribute to evidence-based practice in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• DPT/MSPT from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other state-required credentials.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Delegate and utilize PT Aides when applicable.
• Stay updated on advancements in PT techniques and technology and apply them when appropriate.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards and regulatory requirements.
