The position emphasizes personalized therapy plans, collaboration with physicians and nurses, and ongoing professional development to stay current with techniques and best practices.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and state regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to improve mobility.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention.
• Stay updated on PT techniques and best practices.
• Delegate to PTAs when applicable.
