You will work within PRN’s family of brands, delivering personalized treatment plans and collaborating with clinicians across disciplines.

The role emphasizes evidence-based therapy, documentation accuracy, and ongoing professional development in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any state-required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals using various therapies.
• Implement exercises, manual therapy, and interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
