Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation (Powerback) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility care teams. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients regain function and independence.

Qualifications include a valid PT license in the state, a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent with a PT bachelor’s and 5 years experience), and a commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration with the rehab team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's in PT related field with Bachelor's in PT; or Bachelor's in PT plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Must be eligible for PT licensure in the U.S. and able to obtain state licensure.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration within rehab teams.
• Experience or strong interest in rehabilitation for diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy to restore function and independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote ongoing home exercise and wellness.
• Collaborate with rehab team and refer to other services as needed.

Education

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years experience

Master's degree in Physical Therapy related field + Bachelor's in PT
