Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation (Powerback) is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver in-facility physical therapy. You will assess patient needs, create recovery plans, and implement therapy to restore function.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care and collaboration with the rehab team. You should hold a valid PT license in your state, have a master’s in PT (or related field with PT background), and be prepared for a dynamic work environment across settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• PT degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Provide patient education and training to promote independence.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to support comprehensive patient care.

Education

License in Physical Therapy (state(s) of practice) or eligibility

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Master's in PT-related field + Bachelor's in PT

Bachelor's in Physical Therapy + 5 years PT experience

Foreign PT degree evaluated for U.S. equivalency
