Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide in-facility PT services, assess patient needs, and develop recovery plans. You will work under the Director of Rehab, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based therapy and drive patient outcomes.

Qualifications include an active PT license in the state of practice and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent, with licensing considerations for graduates from outside the U.S.

Qualifications

• Valid PT license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or PT-related field with Bachelor's in PT).
• US equivalence evaluation for degrees earned outside the U.S.
• Bachelor's in PT + 5 years progressive PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in an in-facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver PT treatments and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with rehab team and report to Director of Rehab.

Education

PT license in state(s) of practice

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Master's degree in PT-related field + Bachelor's in PT

Bachelor's in Physical Therapy + 5 years PT experience
