Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team in the United States. You will assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver high-quality physical therapy to help patients restore function and return home.

You must hold a valid PT license in your state and have a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent). Our program emphasizes mentorship, continuing education, and patient-centered care across diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility.
• Must have a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Must have a Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• If the qualifying PT degree was earned outside the U.S., it must be evaluated as US equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Guide and educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and functional improvement.
