Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to assess patients, design recovery plans, and deliver PT in an in-facility setting. You will work under the Director of Rehab and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes hands-on care, patient education, and helping individuals regain independence across diverse clinical environments, including skilled nursing facilities and outpatient clinics.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Master's degree in PT-related field with Bachelor's in PT or
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Foreign PT degrees must be evaluated to the US equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients.
• Collaborate with the care team to restore and improve function.
