Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to assess patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver hands-on therapy in an in-facility setting. You will work closely with the rehab team and report to the Director of Rehab, contributing to patient-centered care and measurable outcomes.

You will apply clinical expertise, supervise treatment plans, and educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and improved function in daily life.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Or a Master's in PT-related field with a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy.
• Or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients.
• Collaborate with rehab staff and report to Director of Rehab.
• Help patients regain independence and mobility.
