Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to assess patients, create recovery plans, and deliver evidence-based PT across facilities and home-based care. You will collaborate with the rehab team and ensure patient-centered care that restores function and independence.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapy license in the practicing state(s).
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• A PT-related Master's with a PT Bachelor's is acceptable.
• Bachelor's in PT plus five years of progressive PT experience is required.
• Foreign PT degree must be US-equivalent evaluated.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients in various care settings.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
