Job summary

The Physical Therapist (PT) at Reliant Rehabilitation delivers high-quality therapy services to patients in accordance with Reliant Rehabilitation standards. You will screen, evaluate, develop and implement treatment plans, discharge planning, supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, and manage cases in collaboration with facilities and clients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Advance clinical and leadership skills through collaboration, self-study, and continuing education.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry trends and healthcare regulations.
• Understand billing models and deliver care aligned with treatment guidelines and expected outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
