Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services in diverse care communities. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and discharge plans while adhering to Reliant standards and regulatory guidelines.

You will lead and mentor staff, supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, and collaborate with facilities to optimize patient outcomes. A valid state license and APPT accreditation are required for practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to PTAs and Rehab Techs.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Discharge planning and case management.
• Maintain licensure and stay informed on regulations governing PT.
