Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high‑quality therapy services to patients across partner facilities, aligned with Reliant standards and PT best practices.

You will screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, discharge planning, supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, and participate in ongoing education to advance clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during group treatments.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Stay current on licensing requirements and healthcare regulations.
• Communicate effectively in English with facilities, patients, and families.
