You will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs while ensuring quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid state license to practice physical therapy.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to patients per plan of care with positive interaction with facilities and clients.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans; discharge planning.
• Maintain license and adhere to state/federal requirements and Reliant policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and infection control practices.
