Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services in partner facilities across the region. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, provide leadership within clinical teams, and maintain professional standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients; develop and implement treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and coordination of care with facilities.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain licenses and stay updated on PT guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
