Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services to patients in our partner facilities. You will screen, evaluate, develop and implement treatment plans, discharge planning, and supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in alignment with our standards.

Reliant supports ongoing training, clinical leadership development, and is active across 44 states with more than 900 communities nationwide, offering flexible scheduling and professional growth

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience supervising PTAs and Rehab Techs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry trends and healthcare regulations.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
