Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across care communities. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning in alignment with Reliant standards.

The role emphasizes supervising PTAs and Rehab Techs, maintaining licensure, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while promoting patient independence and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry trends and healthcare regulations.
• Understand billing models and deliver care aligned with treatment guidelines and expected outcomes.
