Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services in partnership with facilities nationwide. You will screen, evaluate, and implement treatment plans, supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, and manage discharge planning in alignment with Reliant standards.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, ongoing professional development, and adherence to state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program
• Advance clinical and leadership skills through collaboration, self‑study, and continuing education
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on healthcare regulations
• Understand billing models and deliver care aligned with treatment guidelines and expected outcomes
• Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate and ensuring compliance with the state practice act
