Job summary

Mercy Health Center is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time role in our Rehab Therapy department. You will evaluate adults and geriatric patients, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based therapies, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to improve mobility and independence.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered and ongoing professional growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Six months to one year of physical therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and plan of care.
• Develop age-appropriate treatment plans for adults and geriatrics.
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions and exercise programs.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and safety.
• Document evaluations, plans of care, and progress notes; track outcomes.
