$10K Sign On Bonus - Weekly Productivity Bonus- Student Loan Reimbursement

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain state licensure.
• AHA BLS required
• Experienced Physical Therapists and New Grads are welcome to apply.
• Must successfully complete all pre-employment standards.

$88K - $105K/year + inclusive of productivity incentives, up to a $10K sign on bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
